I'm sure there are many people who are already using it, but what's important about this snap is how easy it is to change jig heads, especially in cold, dark conditions. It's actually very hard to hold such a small snap if your hands are numb.

So we tried out the HANG many times in the field, focusing on its strength, ease of holding, and ease of attaching a jig head.

We made many samples... and this shape was designed based on those results. The eye that ties the line is designed to be a little longer, making it very easy to hold and stress-free to hook a jig head.
