The evolution of this new range is from the combination of the words "Flat trek" flat fish and trekking.

Flat fish in Japan require a rod which can handle powerful bursts of speed and strength, whilst the Trekking angler requires a rod that is light weight to avoid fatigue from long days fishing.

By adopting the new carbon manufacturing method "R360 structure" and the latest Toray T1100G carbon this rod combines both these valuable assets into one outstanding rod. 

In the UK this rod will be perfect for the roving Bass angler requiring these same requirements from a rod, which will allow them to tackle any conditions and fish that they may face with the freedom of movement this weight of rod will allow.
