Payment
Chesil Bait 'n' Tackle is committed to ensuring that credit card details are held securely. We will take reasonable steps to protect the credit card details it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, Credit card details will be destroyed in a secure manner when they are no longer needed by Chesil Bait 'n' Tackle. Examples of destruction in a secure manner include shredding, pulping or disintegration of paper files, fire , encryption or scrubbing of credit card number.
Availability
We hold a huge range of stock but demand can out strip supply and some items do run out of stock. If we are out of stock of an item we will email you to give you the chance to wait for your order, change your order or cancel your order. Rest assured your payment will not be processed until the goods are being dispatched and no monies will be taken prior to this.
Items Order Upon Request
Some items are only available on request and not always held in stock. Upon you placing the order we will order the goods from our supplier. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of these items but it is normally quicker. If our suppliers are out of stock for any reason we will contact you.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can, delivery is normally within 1-3 working days. But please allow 7-10 working days in extreme occasions.
We send all good in a secure manor this means all deliveries will need to be signed for.
We will if requested send good without a signature but any liability for the goods will be forfeit by yourselves for loss or damage. We will provide proof of dispatch only.
This request would have to be provided in writing.
Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product in which time you must notify us of your intention to return the item. Please notify us before returning the item and also make sure to include your name, address order number and instructions with the returned item.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are in reasonable condition.
Postage charges for the return of the goods, will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.
Refunds will be processed within the 30 day period required by law.
